Agreement to Terms

By engaging Countkeep for an Ops Audit or any other service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

Countkeep provides billing leakage diagnostics, operations audits, and related advisory services for accounting firms. The scope of each engagement is defined in a separate Statement of Work or order confirmation.

Payment

The Ops Audit fee is $3,500, due upon engagement. If we find less than $10,000 in recoverable revenue, we will issue a full refund within 10 business days of delivering the report.

Data Access and Confidentiality

We request read-only access to your practice management systems solely to perform the agreed diagnostic. We do not write to your systems, share your data with third parties, or retain it beyond the engagement period. We sign a mutual NDA before any data is shared.

Deliverables

The Recovery Report and all deliverables produced for your engagement are your property upon receipt of full payment. Countkeep retains the right to use aggregated, anonymized findings for benchmarking and marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our reports are advisory — implementation decisions remain with your firm.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
